摘    要:介绍了陕西锌业有限公司通过设备大型化、自动化改造降低锌浸出渣水分的生产实践.立足现有工艺,针对原压滤机过滤后锌浸出渣含水高问题,通过对设备的升级改造,实现设备的大型化、自动化,降低浸出渣含水及渣量,缓解浸出渣堆存和回转窑焦耗高问题,充分释放回转窑、多膛炉产能,减少用工,同时淘汰干燥窑工序,大幅降低生产成本.

Abstract:This paper introduces the production practice of reducing the moisture content of znic leaching residue by large-scale and automatic transformation of equipment in Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.Based on the existing process,aiming at the problem of high water content in zinc leaching residue after filtering by the original pressure filter,the equipment is upgraded and transformed to realize large-scale and automation of the equipment,reduce the water content and slag volume of leaching slag,alleviate the problems of high coke consumption in rotary kiln and slag storage,fully release the production capacity of rotary kiln and multi hearth furnace,reduce the labor force,and eliminate the drying kiln process,and greatly reduce the production cost.
