有效提升服装设计毕业生就业竞争力的教学探讨——以唐山学院时尚设计系为例

摘    要:分析国内不同规模和生产方式的服装企业对服装设计专业应届毕业生专业核心能力和岗位胜任能力的要求与需求。结合实际教学管理经验,从基本素质和专业核心能力的塑造与培养、"双师型"教师队伍建设、岗位对接培养模式建设等6个方面,探讨提升服装设计专业毕业生就业竞争力的方法。将服装行业岗位的需求与人才培养融为一体,实现教学与生产的零距离对接,增强学生的专业核心能力、实践能力、创新研发能力、岗位对接能力等综合能力,提高学生的就业竞争力。

Teaching discussion on improving employment competitiveness of graduates in garment design:taking Department of Fashion Design of Tangshan University as an example

Abstract:This paper analyzes the requirements and needs of garment enterprises of different scale and production model for the core ability and post ability of fresh graduates in garment design specialty.Based on the experience of education and teaching management,this paper discusses the methods to improve the employment competitiveness of garment design graduates from six aspects:the shaping and training of basic quality and professional core ability,the construction of“double-qualified”teachers’team and the training model of post docking and so on.The demand of garment industry post and talent training are integrated to realize the zero distance docking between teaching and production,to enhance the students’professional core ability,practical ability,innovative R&D ability,post docking ability and so on,and to improve the students’employment competitiveness.
