燕化公司乙二醇装置扩产改造技术分析

摘    要:确定了燕化公司乙二醇装置的公称能力由原设计的6万t/a乙二醇扩产到8万t/a,以此为前提,利用先进的工艺计算软件对现有流程和设备进行模拟计算和设备核算,进而提出了逐单元的技术分析结果和改造方案分析表明扩产改造是可行的。

Abstract:The EO/EG Plant of BYPC put into operation in 1987. Thanks to progress of the technologies in this field,EO selection of the ethylene oxidation catalyst has increased up to more than 80% from the original design value 71.4%,that is the foundation of expansion. This paper showed the result from technical analysis and the reforming scheme for each unit according to the caculation of the present process,equipments and devices by use of the advanced process simulation softwares and that the nominal capacity(MEG) of the plant expanded to 80,000 t /a from 60,000 t/a has been decided following the reforming.The technical analysis showed that the expansion through reforming is feasible.
