| 摘 要： | 坚持以就业为导向,抓好毕业生就业工作,是高职高专院校在日益激烈的高等教育竞争中立足、生存和发展的关键.几年来,学校通过实施"一把手"工程、创新就业工作机制、不断提高人才培养质量、强化实践教学环节等措施,逐步形成了"出口畅,入口旺"的良性循环局面,创出了学校突出特色.

| Abstract: | Consistency in the orientation for employment and focus on the graduate work are important thing for the survival and developmental competition among academy or college at higher educational level.By carrying out effective measures for years,such as doing "the first hand" project,developing the employment system.Our college gets to develop the positive cycling in employment and our characteristics is thus formed. |
