不同防腐层烟气冷凝换热器性能实验研究

摘    要:对不同新型防腐层烟气冷凝换热器的换热性能进行实验研究,得到换热器表面防腐层对烟气冷凝换热器换热性能的影响规律,给出了3种不同防腐层换热器换热实验关联式。非晶态镍磷复合化学镀层再上涂有机涂层的冷凝换热器的换热性能较好。

Abstract:Through experimental study on heat transfer performance of flue gas condensing heat exchanger with different new-type anticorrosive coatings, the influencing rule of surface antieorrosive coatings of heat exchanger on heat transfer performance of flue gas condensing heat exchanger is obtained. Three experimental correlations for heat transfer of flue gas condensing heat exchanger with different anticorrosive coatings are given. The condensing heat exchanger with amorphous Ni-P composite coating and organic coating has better heat transfer performance.
