并条机开环自调匀整控制系统中实时延时控制算法研究

摘    要:针对并条机开环自调匀整控制系统的精确延时是决定输出纱条匀整效果的关键,而现有的几何法、实验法和相关法等确定延时的方法都是非实时测量的,提出了一种基于相关分析的实时延时控制算法。首先建立了自调匀整系统的数学模型,然后进行了喂入棉条定量检测点和输出棉条定量检测点的相关分析。根据相关函数的最大值和最小值可以一次性确定系统的延时时间,其仿真结果显示出算法的正确性。

Abstract:In open-loop autoleveller system of drawing machine,precise delay is the key to the yarn evenness.The existing methods to compute the delay mainly consist of geometry,experiment and correlation algorithms,which are not real-time.The paper presents a real-time algorithm of delay control which is based on correlation analysis.The algorithm gives the mathematical model of open-loop autoleveller system,and analyzes the weight correlation between input yarn and output yarn.According to the maximum and minimum of...
