铁水提钒与含钒钢种的生产

摘    要:介绍了氧气顶吹转炉铁水提钒工艺。结合近年来我国钢铁工业产品结构调整,低合金(微合金)钢产量大幅度增长,尤其是含钒和Nb、V、Ti复合微合金钢产量增长尤为迅速。文中结合一些典型的高附加值钢种作了重点介绍。指出今后应根据我国资源特点进一步发展含钒微舍金化钢种,提高低合金钢质量水平。

Abstract:The paper briefly describes that.The process of extracting V from hot metal by converter with top oxygen blowing is also introduced.According to the policy of product restructuring in the steel industry in China these years,the output of low-alloyed (micro-alloyed) steel increased rapidly,especially the micro-alloyed steel with V and multi-micro alloyed steel with Nb,V and Ti. The paper highlights some typical high value-added steel grades.It concludes that micro-alloyed steel grades of V should be developed further based on the characteristics of China's resource and the quality of micro-alloyed steel should be improved greatly in the future.
