马扎子引黄供水沉沙结合淤高背河地面试验工程研究

摘    要:为了探索一条综合利用黄河水沙资源的新途径,旨在把黄河下游引黄灌溉和淤背固堤的成功经验有机地结合起来,既保证灌溉供水,又逐渐淤高背河地面,使黄河向相对地下河方向发展,山东省拟在淄博市马扎子引黄供水沉沙,结合淤高背河面的试验工程。该工程的沉沙地,计划返用30八年,将在此黄闸上下游处形成宽1km,长11km高出地面7m左右的带状高地,同时也满足向淄博市和原灌区供水的需要。

Abstract:In order to explore a new way of comprehensive utilization of water and sediment resources of the Yel-low River,Shandong Province plans to build a test work of water supply and sediment diverted from theYellow River and Silting-up land surface at the backside of the Yellow River at Mazhazi headwork in ZiboCity for the purpose of organically combining the successive experiences of irrigation and warping of thelower Yellow River,not only ensuring the water supply for irrigation,but also raising the land surface atbackside gradually and making the Yellow River become a relative ground river.It is planned that the sedi-ment pool of the project will be used for about 30 years.It will form belt-type.high lands of 1 m wide,11 mlong and about 7m higher than the ground surface at the upper and lower reaches of the sluice gate and meetthe demand of water supply to Zibo City and original irrigated areas as well.
