| 摘 要： | 介绍了轿车轮毂轴承从采用进口总成到深度国产化的开发过程,并基于其成本分析了各个国产化阶段降低成本的具体措施,并以第2代轮毂球轴承为例,详细介绍了该轴承国产化的整个过程,并对其进行了相关验证试验。

| Abstract: | The domestic development of car hub bearings from imported assemblies to the deeply localized production is introduced.Based on the cost,the specific measures to reduce costs at each stage of the localization are analyzed.Taking the second generation hub ball bearing as an example,the whole process of localization is discussed in detail,and its related validation tests are carried out. |
