摒弃迷信是贯彻科学发展观的必要前提

本文通过建国以来首次官员迷信调查和媒体对一些干部相信迷信材料的引证,分析了领导干部相信迷信的后果非常严重,会导致巨大资源浪费和损失;对于军队,则迷信、愚昧会使军队丧失战斗力。并通过迷信和宗教一样,都有其产生的根源的阐述,说明作为社会主义改革、建设的领导者,不管是从事何种职业的领导,不管是地方领导,还是军队领导,只有摒弃迷信、克服唯心主义,才能真正贯彻和落实科学发展观。

Abandoning Superstition is the Prerequisites of Carrying out Scientific Outlook on Development

The paper,through the first investigation of officials′ belief in superstition since the foundation of PRC and the citation of relevant cases made by media,analyzes the severe consequences of leading cadres′ blind faith in superstition,which may lead to tremendous waste and loss of resources.As far as the army is concerned,superstition and fatuities will deprive it of fighting strength.By elaborating the origin,a similarity shared by both superstition and religion,the paper suggests that as a leader of socialist reform and construction,whether he is of the army or of the local and no matter what occupation he is engaged in,only by abandoning superstitious belief and overcoming idealism can the scientific outlook on development be truly implemented.
