摘    要:采用乳液聚合方法合成不同粒径SBR粒子,在此基础上制备出折光指数可控的ABS改性剂,研究ABS改性剂中SBR粒子粒径与改性剂壳层单体接枝时引发剂CHP用量对ABS/PVC舍金性能影响,同时对ABS/PVC合金进行透射电镜观察.结果表明:ABS改性剂中SBR粒径为225 nm时,合金达到最大冲击强度,而获得最佳光学性能时SBR粒径为123 nm;同时发现ABS改性剂中壳层单体接枝时CHP用量过少会导致ABS/PVC合金力学性能与光学性能下降,而用量过多时改性剂对PVC的增韧效率降低.

Abstract:The SBR particles of difference diameter were synthesized by emulsion polymerization, and refraction index controlled ABS modifiers were prepared on the basis of the SBR. The influence of SBR diameter and the amount of CHP,which was used to form the shell of ABS modifies, on the properties of ABS/PVC alloys was studied. The results showed that the blends attained maximum impact strength when SBR with diameter of 225 nm was used, meanwhile, the optimum optical properties could be got when diameter of SBR was 123 nm. And it indicated that low level of CHP would deteriorate blends properties and excessive CHP would reduce the toughening efficiency of ABS/PVC blends.
