有限元反分析法在工程实际中的应用

摘    要:工程上经常遇到反分析问题,有限元分析法是反分析的有力工具。建立一种特殊的隔振支座单元,利用铅芯橡胶支座的单元刚度矩阵,反分析出其作为一个正交各向异性材料单元的9个材料常数。在整桥模型的计算中,可将铅芯橡胶支座用一个正交各向异性材料单元来替代。在2组支座的桥梁上进行静、动力计算对比分析,其最大变形值的误差很小;2种模型第1阶模态的最大相对位移误差、前五阶固有频率误差也很小,说明该计算方法是有效的。

Abstract:In the project frequently meets the counter - analysis question, the finite element analytic method is counter - analysis powerful tool. Established a special base - isolation bearing unit, making use of unit stiffness matrix of the lead back analysis. In rubber bearing, the course of th obtained nine material constants of the orthotropic e whole bridge researches, used a orthotropic unit material unit by using instead of lead rubber bearing. On this basis, did a comparative analysis at two bridges with different bearing, between the two models, the error of maximum deformation value is minor, which gave an account of effective of the computational methods effective.
