| 摘 要： | 应用前置挠焦罐式高效再生器催化裂化装置动态机理数学模型及其Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ仿真软件平台ＨＥＲＳ，在考察了新鲜原料残炭值，密度，ＡＳＴＭ馏程等单个性质对装置生产操作过程中中动态响应和定态特性的影响后，考察了原料变重（残炭值，密度和沸点均增高）对生产操作的影响，单个性质变化时，只控制催化剂藏量，产品分布变化较小，而再生部分各变量变化较大３个性质综合变化时，藏量，压力和反应温度全闭环控制，产品分布和再生部

| Abstract: | ByusingthedynamicmechanismmodelofFCCUwithhighefficiencyregeneratorandthedynamicmechanismbasedWindowssimulator,theeffectoffreshfeedproperties,suchasConradsoncarbonvalue,density,ASTMboilingpoint,onthedynamicresponseandsteadycharacteristicofthereactor/regeneratorsectionoftheunitwasstudied.Underthecontrolofthecatalystinventoriesinstripperandthesecondstageofregenerator,theproductdistributionchangeslittlebutthevariableschangealotasasinglepropertyoffeedchangealone.Ifthethreepropertieschangeatthesametime,theproductdistributionandthevariablesofregeneratorchangemoreundertheclosedcyclecontrolofinventory,pressureandtemperaturethanthatunderthecontrolofinventoryonly. |
