建筑工程造价的有效控制研究

对工程造价进行有效控制可以提升投资的效益。文章结合造价管理的经验,分析了目前建筑工程造价方面存在的问题及产生的原因,根据实际情况分别从工程项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、结算阶段以及信息化方面提出有效控制造价的对策。

Research on Effective Control for Costs of Constructional Engineering

Effective control of project costs could improve the investment results.In this article,the existing problems and their causes for costs of constructional engineering at present are analyzed combined with the experiences for management of costs of constructional engineering.Moreover,the countermeasures for effectively controlling costs of construction are proposed from the aspects of decision phase,design phase,construction phase and clearing phase as well as the information according to the actual situations.
