| 摘 要： | 对架空造成煤气管道腐蚀多种原因进行分析,结合包钢厂区架空煤气管道出现的外部腐蚀情况,提出解决管道腐蚀的具体措施;同时,通过多种防腐材料对比分析,综合多种影响因素,经过对包钢厂区防腐亮化工程铁烧、焦化区已完成的架空煤气管道外防腐施工的效果,总结出适宜外部环境较为恶劣区域架空煤气管道外腐蚀的解决办法。

| Abstract: | In the paper,a variety of reasons for the corrosions of overhead gas lines are analyzed and the specific solutions are proposed combined with the situations for external corrosions of overhead gas lines in Baotou Steel.Moreover,the solutions suitable for the zones with adverse external environment are summarized by comparing a lot of anticorrosive materials,combining with a variety of influencing factors and the effects of anticorrosive projects on external anticorrosive constructions for overhead gas lines in iron-melting and coking zones. |
