摘    要:结合包钢炼钢厂的实际情况,以C/S2的大结晶电熔镁砂和碳含量大于98%的石墨为主要原料,以金属铝粉和硅粉作为抗氧化剂,以热固性酚醛树脂作为结合剂,生产出了适合包钢精炼钢包用的渣线镁碳砖。并进行了整套渣线砖的现场试验,结果表明,新研制的渣线镁碳砖使用寿命比原来传统的镁碳砖使用寿命提高25%以上。

Abstract:In the paper,it is introduced the magnesia carbon bricks used for refining steel ladles in the slag line are manufactured with big crystalline fused magnesia of C/S2 and graphite of w[C]98% as raw materials,powders of aluminum and silicon as antioxidant as well as thermosetting phenolic resin as binding agent combining with the actual situations of Steel-melting Plant of Baotou Steel.The results of field tests for the complete set of bricks in the slag line show that the service life of new developed magnesia carbon bricks is increased by over 25% compared with the traditional ones.
