| 摘 要： | 采用量纲分析方法 ,根据泊金汉π定理得出通用模型的准数方程并线性化 ,测出样机在预定工况下工作时的主要参数 ,用最小二乘法估计各系数 ,并分析各参数对动力损耗的影响程度 ,对盐田铺膜机的改进及优化具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Dimensionless variable equation of general mathematical model was derived by means of dimension analysis and Buckingham′s π theorem,and it was linearized.Main working parameters of tested salt field filming machine were measured under prearranged conditions and data regression coefficients were estimated by least square technique.Effects of each parameter on power consumption were discussed.Results are not only helpful to improve filming machine and optimize its parameters,but also applicable to similar problem of many kinds of agricultural machine. |
