| 摘 要： | 以某公司的大水口系统模架为基础,基于Pro/E Wildfire开发注塑模具标准模架设计系统,该系统能调用开发的外部数据库对零件库零件进行参数化设计,并可按规定的方式装配成标准模架;同时能实现开模过程的动态模拟;还可按照用户需求输出零件和模架的工程图及零件清单.

| Abstract: | Base on the side gate system mould base of LKM,the further development for standard mold base of plastics injection mold on Pro/E software.This system has many function,for example,it can design parametrically part of the mold part's library in virtue of the developed database,and assemble in a specific way.It can simulate dynamically the process of opening,and generate two dimension draw of project about mold base and part,enlist the list of part in this drawing of mould base. |
