蔗糖硬脂酸酯界面吸附分离系数的研究

摘    要:通过测定蔗糖硬脂酸单酯、双酯溶液和单酯双酯混合物溶液的表面张力,运用热力学方法研究计算蔗糖硬脂酸酯混合物体系的体相表面相分离系数,结果表明在实验条件下,蔗糖硬脂酸单酯和双酯的平均分离系数为13.24。

Abstract:The separation coefficient of sucrose stearate mixture in gas - liquid interfacial. adsorption was studied with thermodynamic means. The average separation of sucrose stearate system under inverstigation is 13. 24 which indicates that sucrose stearate could be separated by gas - liquid interfacial adsorption.
