摘    要:介绍了由玉米提取植酸的新方法,最佳条件是控制pH=6,提取植酸的钙镁盐--菲汀,然后在pH=2时用草酸溶解菲洒得植酸,并从植酸的性质介绍了植酸在各行业的广泛应用。

Abstract:There are many ways to prepare Phytic Acid, and the Application of Phytic Acid is broad. In this paper, a new method of refining Phytic Acid from corn will be introduced, the best condition is that refine Phytin which is the Calcium - magnesium Salt of Phytic acid by controlling pH = 6, then dissolve Phytin using Oxalic acid by controlling pH = 2, and that is Phytic acid. And in this paper, the nature of Phytic acid and the broad application of Phytic acid in many fields are also be introduced.
