弧焊电源CAD系统

摘    要:利用Visual C∧**对弧焊电源计算机辅助设计系统进行了研究,开发了相应的优化设计系统,简称“AWPSCAD”,该系统涉及到了交流弧焊电流、SCR弧焊整流电源及逆变式弧焊整流电源三种。采用Visual C∧**作为菜单生成工具,使系统即支持鼠标又有热键自动控制。采用正、反向推理相结合的推理技术,通过彩色窗口和级联式菜单显示用户的咨询和设计结果。它具有可移植性好、功能齐全、操作方便的特点,在弧焊电源的研究、设计与制造方面具有广阔的前景。

Abstract:The CAD system of welding power source is studied by Visual C++ in this paper and the optimum designing system is developed.It is called "AWPSCAD" .This systerm touches upon alternating arc welding source,SCR arc welding source and inverter arc welding source.Using Visual C++ as menu tools,it has many advantages such as transplant,complete infunction and convenient in operation.It has vast application vistas in researching,designing and manufacturing for arc welding power source.
