| 摘 要： | 财务控制失效是长期困扰油田多种经营发展的主要问题,集团公司改制分流工作为油田多种经营企业建立规范的现代企业制度和健康发展带来了契机。油田多种经营系统应通过明晰产权,构建有效资本运作体系,完善企业财务控制机制,建立激励约束机制,构建有效的监督机制等手段规范企业财务控制,提高多种经营企业的经营效益。

| Abstract: | Ineffective financial control has been the major problem that impedes development of mixed farming firms in oilfield enterprises for a long time.Restructuring of SINOPEC provides an opportunity for mixed farming firms in oilfield enterprises to establish a standard modern en-terprise system.The mixed farming firms in oilfield enter-prises should establish an effective capital operating sys-tem through clarifying property right,perfect financial control system,establish inspiring and restricting mecha-nism,and form effective monitoring system to improve the operating benefit of mixed farming firms. |
