摘    要:介绍了某中压管道外加电流深井阳极阴极保护系统的组成和布局,为全面评估系统的运行状况及辅助阳极的消耗情况,对系统进行了全面的检测。系统有效地控制了中压管道腐蚀,辅助阳极消耗的理论计算结果与系统的回路电阻存在相关性,为判断阳极使用寿命增加了一个可以现场测量的依据。

Abstract:The composition and configuration of impressed current deep well anode cathodic protection system for a medium pressure pipeline are introduced. The overall test of the system is performed to evaluate the system operation and the consumption of auxiliary anode. The corrosion of the medium pressure pipeline has been effectively controlled by the system. There is correlation between the theoretical calculation result of auxiliary anode consumption and the circuit resistance of the system, which provides an additional field measurement basis for judging the anode service life.
