皮革板式压花机机架结构的优化设计

摘    要:针对皮革板式压花机在工作过程中出现的机架裂纹甚至断裂破坏现象 ,采用有限元方法对机架作强度和刚度分析 ,并在此基础上进行故障诊断 ,以确定导致破坏的原因 ,为实用的机架结构设计提供一种新的思路和方法。采用模拟设计方法 ,对机架结构进行分析 ,计算出机架的最大应力和变形及其位置 ,并进行刚度和强度校核。改进设计的机架应用于生产实际 ,其强度和刚度满足要求。

Abstract:The existing rupture or demolishment of leather-embossed board machine's frame during its working were described, and the intensity and rigidity by finite element method, diagnoses the fault of the machine and the causes are analyzed. A new way of the frame structure design is provided. By simulated design method, it is accomplished by dynamic stress test, and calculated by the most stress, distortion and its location in the frame, and checked by its intensity and rigidity. The frame design can be widely applied in many fields and it can meet the demands of its intensity and rigidity.
