| 摘 要： | 依照方差分析法的原理,在Microsoft Excel中设计方差分析检验均匀性工作模板,并将该模板应用到钛合金光谱分析标准物质的均匀性检验中,取得了很好的效果,该模板也可用于其它标准物质的均匀性检验。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of variance analysis,the working board for the homogeneity examination with variance analysis was designed in Microsoft excel,and applied to the homogeneity examination of certified reference material of titanium alloy for spectral analysis with satisfactory.The working board can be also applied to the examination of the homogeneity of other certified reference materials. |
