摘    要:国家出台一系列鼓励消费的政策后,消费结构不断升级,消费增速预期加快,消费市场凸现了很多新的消费热点,迎来了以汽车、住房等高档消费为主的第三次消费浪潮。与此同时,也出现了一些急待解决的问题,诸如职务消费行为不规范、存在短信消费陷阱、农村消费发育不完善等。

Abstract:The consumption construction has been constantly upgrading, the consumption increasing speed hase been going high, and some new consumption hot spots have been emerged in the consumption market after China's series of encouraging consumption polity has publicized, therefore, the third consumption tide majoring in top grade consumption such as cars and houses is ushered. Meanwhile, some problems which need urgent solutions such as abnormal professional consumption behavior, message consumption trap and ill-developed rural consumption have appeared.
