摘    要:探讨了在相同试验条件下,变质剂种类及其加入量对中铬铸铁组织和性能的影响.试验结果表明:复合变质剂的变质效果最佳,变质后可获得高硬度、高韧性和高耐磨性的中铬铸铁,低碳铬铁和稀土硅铁的变质效果次之.

Abstract:influences of types of modificators and their added volume fractions on the structure and properties of The medium-chromium cast iron under the same experiment condition were investigated in this article. The results showed that the modification effect of compound modificatator was best, by which, the high hardness, the high toughness and excellent wearing resistance could be achieved in medium-chromium cast iron.The modification effects of low-carbon ferrochromium and rare-earth ferrosilicon took second place.
