偕胺肟基自组装膜螯合电极的研制

摘    要:为实现海水提铀,制备了带偕胺肟基的螯合电极。以铝片作为基体材料,分别组装上KH-550和丙烯腈丙烯酸共聚物P(AN-co-AA),形成共聚物薄膜。KH-550增强了薄膜的结合力,解决了极少数聚合物膜从基体上脱落的问题。然后再对其进行偕胺肟化,形成含偕胺肟基(海水提铀的最佳基团)的螯合电极,并用FT-IR和SEM对电极进行了表征。结果表明,当反应温度为70℃,反应时间3 h,盐酸羟胺浓度0.3 mmol.L-1时,反应转化率达到58.3%。

Abstract:Chelating electrode with amidoxime-groups was prepared for the purpose of absorbing uranium from seawater.KH-550 and P(AN-co-AA) were coated on the aluminum substrate by self-assembly in turn,and P(AN-co-AA) coating formed.The coating was adsorbed steadily on the aluminum,settling the problem of coating shelling.Followingly,the coating was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride directly to make chelating electrode which contained amidoxime-groups(the best group used to absorb uranium from seawater).The el...
