无规共聚PP热水管专用树脂的开发

摘    要:采用无规共聚聚丙烯(PP—R)EPlD30P为基础树脂,添加复合助剂,生产出PP—R热水管专用树脂EP2D30P。对其分子结构、性能的分析及管材挤出试验表明,该专用树脂的物性指标全部达到设计要求,缺口冲击强度大于等于55.54kJ/m^2,氧化诱导期大于等于113.5min,且加工性能优良,管材外观满足使用要求.并通过了1000h静液压试验。

Abstract:A kind of speciality resin, denoted as EP1D30P, for hot water pipe was prepared with taking random copolymer of propylene as basic resin into which a home-made compound auxiliary agent was introduced. The analyses of macromolecular structure and performance as well as the test for tubing application of the speciality resin verify that all its physical properties and specifications satisfy the designed requirements, such as notch impact strength of 55.54 kJ/m^2 or higher and oxidation induction period equal to or longer than 113.5 minutes. In addition, the resin has preeminent processability and appearance eligible to manufacturing pipes, which successfully passed the 1 000-hour hydrostatic pressure test.
