社区公共服务标准体系建设研究

本文对我国社区公共服务发展状况及标准化研究现状进行了详尽分析，指出了建设社区公共服务标准体系的必要性，设计了社区公共服务标准体系基本框架，根据目前需要，提出了20项标准需求，提出了推进社区公共服务标准实施的对策，初步形成了社区公共服务标准体系。

Research on Community Public Service Standard System Construction

This paper analyzes the development of community public service and the present research of standardization in detail. It points out the necessity of construction of community public service standard system, designs the basic framework of community public service standard system. According to the current needs, the author puts forward 20 standard requirements and the measures to promote the community public service standards, initially formed the community public service standard system.
