| 摘 要： | 本文以搅拌站的自动化生产为对象，分析了其生产工艺，设计开发了搅 拌站两级计算机控制系统。选用可编程控制器实现骨料的配料、水泥、水的秤重，混凝土的搅拌、出砼。工控机实现配方管理、参数设置、通讯、监控、统计、查询等功能。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the control system of a stiring station.The two levels of computer system for the stiring station are adopted. PLCs blend four types of the stone and cement, weight water, whisk the concrete, and output the products.The industrial control computer implements functions of management, parameter setting, communication, monitor,statistics and inquiry. |
