摘    要:分析了目前铝常规铸轧与极限铸轧(快速铸轧)工艺要求之间的差距,提出大幅度提高铸轧辊套材料的综合性能是实现极限铸轧的先决条件.通过选择铍铜合金材料为研制对象,优化合金成分设计与精细调控热处理工艺,初步实现了强度、硬度、导热性、热强性和抗疲劳性良好匹配的目的.通过对材料的检测分析与工艺实验,证明研制出来的材料的综合性能优良,为极限铸轧技术的应用提供了有力支持.

Abstract:This paper analyses the gap of technology between aluminum utmost roll-casting(high-speed roll-casting)and general roll-casting,and also points out that improving the overall mechanical property of caster roll-sleeve is the precondition to realize aluminum utmost roll-casting.By using beraloy as research object,optimizing the design of alloy ingredients,and well regulating and controlling heat treatment technology,the material of roll- sleeve is of good strength,hardness,heat conductivity,heat resistance and fatigue resistance.Experiments indicate that the newly developed material of roll-sleeve meets the requirements of high speed roll casting technology,can give strong backing to utmost roll-casting technology.
