正火工艺对船板钢性能影响的初步研究

摘    要:正火工艺通过细化晶粒,均匀组织,改善组织缺陷,提高钢板的综合力学性能.对D36船板钢的热轧态和正火态进行力学性能试验及组织观察,结果表明,采用适当的正火工艺可以显著改善D36船板的韧性,而强度下降不是很明显,可获得综合力学性能较好的钢板.

Abstract:It can be made grain more refined,microstructure more homogenized,microstructure defect and the combinative mechanical property are improved by normalizing process.Through testing the mechanical property and microstructure of the D36 ship plate ateel as hot rolled and normalizing,the results show that the toughness of D36 ship plate steel can distinctly be improved,and its intensity decreased little,and the better combinative mechanical property gotten by proper normalizing process.
