大西铁路项目部的标准化管理

中交二公局大西铁路项目进场10个月完成产值达16.4亿元,超额完成了业主下达的施工任务。在大西公司项目管段召开的全线现场标准化管理观摩会上,将该项目管段列为全线现场管理标准化样板单位。参观者对项目箱梁质量赞不绝口,项目箱梁外观施工工艺在全线迅速得到推广。

With regard to the Datong-Xi’An Railway Project of CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the fulfilled output value reaches RMB 16.4 billion Yuan within ten months after entering the site,over-fulfilling the construction quota assigned by the owner.On the full-line on-site standardization management demonstration meeting convened by the project management section of the Datong-Xi’An Company,such project section was named as the on-site management standardization model organization of the full line.The project department summed up the management experience from the previously participated railway projects,and accepted the railway construction standardization management philosophy advocated by the Ministry of Railway,and fully implemented project standardization management finally depending on the delicacy management.
