摘 要: | 在国内工程勘察设计市场竞争日渐白热化的情况下,一些工程勘察设计企业正积极实施"走出去"战略。但国际市场风云变幻,高手如云,中国企业如何才能在国际市场站稳脚跟?中国建材国际工程集团有限公司董事长兼总经理彭寿结合公司多年来"走出去"的实践,从国际市场的一般性分析、五种基本竞争力量分析、SWOT分析等3个层次对制订"走出去"战略的条件进行分析,提出了"走出去"的战略选择,据此构建出以"主营业务(B)整合、业务流程(P)再造、服务(S)网络重组、核心管理(M)系统构架"为核心内容的BPSM战略模型,并进行了适用性和有效性验证,此文对正在和即将"走出去"的企业具有较高参考价值。

Abstract: | Under the circumstance that the competition in the domestic engineering the prospecting and design market is getting white-hot day by day,and a number of enterprises,including the engineering prospecting and design enterprises in the industry of building materials,are actively implementing the strategy of "Going Global".However,the international market is changing rapidly with a great number of powerful competitors.Therefore,how the Chinese enterprises can stand firmly in the world? By combining the years of the practices of the company in "Going Global",the president and general manager of CTIEC proposes the BPSM strategy model,and verifies the applicability and effectiveness of such model,which has the higher reference value to the enterprises which are going global or about to go global. |
