摘    要:本文介绍用有限元法求解电机转子槽部稳态三维温度场的方法,并对300MW汽轮发电机氢内冷转子的槽部温度进行计算。分析计算表明:有副槽的轴向-径向通风内冷转子槽部轴向温度可以分段,以一个径向通风孔段为单元进行计算和研究。本文以300MW转子槽部温度最高的一段温度分布为例进行计算。

Abstract:A method, finding the steady three dimensional temperature field in rotor slot region for turbogenerator by finite elements is presented, and the rotor slot region temperature of 300MW turbogenerator with rotor hydrogen cooling is calculated in this paper. The analysis calculation indicates, that axial temperature in slot region of rotor, using axial-radial ventilation and subslots, for turbogenerator with rotor hydrogen cooling can be divided and stepped. A radial ventilation hole section as element is calculated and investigated. The highest temperature distribution in the rotor slot section of 300MW turbogenerator is taken as example to be calculated in this article.
