影响淮北选煤厂精煤GR.I.值下降的因素分析及对策

通过对精煤GR.I.值的下降进行相关实验分析,验证目前杨庄矿各煤层按原煤比例入洗后的GR.I.值没有可加性,且GR.I.值明显降低;通过不同密度的浮沉实验结果,确定了与实际重介分选密度相近似的实验浮沉密度,提出了提高淮北选煤厂精煤产品GR.I.值的可行性方案。

Analysis and countermeasure of the factors of GR.I. value dropping of clean coal in Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant

The relevant experimental analysis of the G_(R.I.) value dropping of clean coal express that G_(R.I.) value according proportion of selected and every coal seam raw coal in Yangzhuang Mine had no additivity at present and G_(R.I.) value was reduced obviously.Meanwhile,the density of actual and approximate dense-medium separation was confirmed by experimental result of float and sink under different density,and feasible scheme to improve G_(R.I.) value of clean coal products in Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant was put forward.
