| 摘 要： | 本文提出基于物元概念的多维递阶评价方法。用于解决水资源配置评价的半结构化、多层次、多目标的群决策问题。在构建流域水资源系统的多维物元体基础上，提供了一种开放式评价方法集合或称评价的一种方法论，在框架的每一步都可有多种不同的实现方法，形式多样、简单易行。该方法被应用于黑河流域水资源配置方案评价，取得了较好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the milti-dimensional hierachical appraisal method based on matter element analysis for the solution of semi-structure,multi-layer,multi-objective group division-making question of water resources allocation. On the basis of milti-dimensional matter element,An open appraisal method integration that is called a methodology is put forward,the different methods are realized in every later of framwark,it has various forms,the method is simple and easy to be used. This method is used to appraisal water resources allocution in Heihe river basin,its result is good. |
