渗碳齿轮表面“麻点”缺陷分析

摘    要:通过模拟生产工序各个环节的多次试验等方法,对某厂齿轮在热处理过程中产生"麻点"缺陷的原因进行了探析.结果表明,"麻点"产生的主要原因是因为盐浴热处理时加热盐的质量和脱氧操作不当、齿轮渗碳或二次加热时炉内保护气氛氧势高或不均匀及炉罐漏气等,它们都属于不完全氧化所产生的腐蚀.为此,提出了相应的简便的预防方法.

Abstract:The reason of producing pockmarks during heat treatment for certain factory is analyzed by experiment simulating each link of production procedure saveral times.The result shows that the primary cause producing pockmark is low quality heating salt and unsuitble deoxizing operations,high oxygen potential during salt-bath heat treatmet,or nonhomogeneous protective atomosphere in furnace when carburizing or dual-heating gears and so on,which all belong to corrosions caused by in complete oxidation.ln this pape...
