摘    要:三峡电站蓄水位135m围堰发电的容量效益,决定于其供电系统设计负荷水平年份枯水期的电力电量平衡,以及下游葛洲坝三江航道的最低通航水位。因此必须从总体出发进行协调优化,用系统的观点进行全面分析研究,才能正确评价三峡电站施工期间的容量效益,以确定施工中的三峡水电站在电力系统中所发挥的作用。

Abstract:The electric capacity benefit of the Three Gorges Hydropower station at water storage level 135 m in the situation of cofferdam is decided by the balance of electric power and electric quantity of electric power system during dry season of year,and also decided by the most low water level to open up of downstream the third river channel of Gezhou Dam.So we must optimize them from collectivity,go on overall analyis and research with view of the system.It could evaluate the electric capacity benefit correctly during the construction of Three Gorges Hydropower station and could confirm the function in the power system.
