新型气动盘式刹车的研制与应用

摘    要:作为大中型钻机主刹车的液压盘式刹车安装复杂、投入成本和维护费用高、容易污染环境,而目前作为主刹车投入使用的气动刹车一是气动带刹复合结构,其可靠性低,灵敏度差、制动力矩小;二是气动水冷盘式结构,其绞车结构较小,需配备大的冷却系统。为此,设计了一种新型气动盘式刹车。它由气源系统、控制系统和制动执行机构3部分组成,结构简单、维护方便、投入成本低,现场应用效果良好。

Abstract:The main brake (hydraulic disc brake) of medium- and large-type drilling rigs is characterized by complex installation, high investment and maintenance cost as well as environmental pollution. There are two types of pneumatic brake used as main brake currently: one is of complex pneumatic braking structure with low liability, poor sensitivity and small braking torque; another is of pneumatic and water-cooled disc structure, and should be equipped with large cooling system due to its small hoist. To solve the above problems, a novel pneumatic disc brake is designed. It consists of air source system, control system and braking mechanism with simple structure, convenient maintenance and low investment cost.
