| 摘 要： | 分析了冲床精度对侧向冲裁模的影响,阐述了针对低精度冲床所采取的模具结构优化设计,包括侧冲机构、卸料装置、取件机构优化等。实践表明:通过优化设计,提高了模具寿命,而且安全性、可靠性都得到了很大的提高。

| Abstract: | Tne influence of punch accuracy on side blanking die was investigated. In this paper, a structural optimization design of die for blanking on low accuracy punching machine was presented which involves the side blanking mechanism and unloading and striping device. The die life can be increased five times more in this method and the reliability and safety improve a lot. |
