摘    要:以PCI-1428图像采集卡、PCI-1240运动控制卡、USB-5935数据采集卡作为硬件部分,采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW编写软件部分,构建面接触润滑油膜承载力测量系统.本测量系统由油膜厚度测量、伺服电机运动控制、油膜承载力测量三部分组成,实现在一定工况下对油膜承载力的测量.实验结果表明,本测量系统满足对实验台的要求,能够准确测量出油膜承载力.

Abstract:With the hardware part including PCI-1428 image acquisition card, PCI-1240 motion control card, USB-5935 data acquisition card and the software part which is written by the LabVIEW,a graphical programming software ,a system of oil film load-carrying capacity tester in conformal contacts is built to measure. This measuring system consists of three parts including the thickness-measurement of oil film, the control of the servo motor motion and the measurement of the load-carrying capacity of lubricating films and can achieve the measurement of the load-carrying capacity of lubricating films in some certain working conditions. The experimental results show that this measuring system meets the requirements of the test-bed and can measure the load-carrying capacity of lubricating films accurately.
