摘    要:随着无线电通讯与微机电系统技术的快速发展,振动能量收集技术被广泛应用于微机电系统设备的供电.振动能量收集技术可分为电磁式、静电式、压电式、磁致伸缩式和复合式等类型,其中超磁致伸缩材料应用在能量收集方面是最新的研究热点.综述了这5种类型振动能量收集技术的基本原理,简述各自能量收集装置所使用的材料和结构形式.比较了这5种类型的振动能量收集技术各自的优势与不足,系统地介绍国内外的主要研究成果和研究进展,以及所面临的困难和发展趋势.

Abstract:With the rapid development of wireless communications technology and micro-electro-mechanical technology, the vibration energy harvesting technology is widely used in the power supplying of system equipment. Vibration energy harvesting technologies include electromagnetic, electrostatic, piezoelectric, magnetostrictive and composite types. The application of giant magnetostrictive materials in energy harvesting is the latest research hot spot. This paper presented an overview of the basic principles of these five types of vibration energy harvesting technology, and made a brief introduction of materials and structural forms of each of energy collection devices. Advantages and disadvantages of these five types of vibration energy harvesting technologies have been compared. The main domestic and foreign research results and research progress, as well as the difficulties and trends have been introduced systematically.
