管道漏磁检测探头的设计思路

摘    要:对管道的漏磁检测原理进行了简单的阐述,提出了针对管体部分的磁化和检测方法,讲述了检测装置的整体机械结构及密封工艺设计,并对各部件的材料做了简要介绍.对传感器的选择和布置,材料选择等几个方面进行了思路设计简述.管道安全问题越来越受到人们的重视,随着管道运行时间的延长,因管道老化引起的安全问题日益突出,在管道投入运行的早期和后期是管道安全问题的高发期,管道因腐蚀破坏造成穿孔泄露事故时有发生,如果能够采用管道漏磁检测,就能够准确掌握管道内部状况,对一些严重缺陷或潜在事故隐患进行及时维修,避免管道事故的发生,同时也可以延长管道寿命.

Abstract:The principle of magnetic flux leakage detection of pipeline are simply described, and put forward according to the magnetization of the tube body part and detection methods, tells the story of the overall mechanical structure and sealing technology of the detection mechanism design, and a brief introduction of the various components of the materials. Of sensor selection and layout, selection of materials from several aspects such as idea design brief. Pipeline safety problem more and more get people's attention, with the extension of pipeline running time, the safety problems caused by pipe ageing increasingly prominent, in the early and late pipeline commissioning is the peak period, the pipeline security pipeline caused by corrosive perforation leakage accident to happen from time to tome, if can use pipeline magnetic flux leakage testing, will be able to accurately grasp the pipeline internal conditions, for some serious flaws or potential accidents timely maintenance, to prevent pipeline accidents, but also can extend the life of the pipeline.
