基于局域网的DNC数控实训教学系统

针对高等职业教育的特点,研究建立数控实训教学系统模型.设计出一套科学、合理的DNC系统来实现数控实训教学的有序、高效,以提高现有数控设备的利用率,并通过校园局域网络来实现DNC系统与实训中心内各个相关部门的信息集成,达到信息共享,提高现有资源的利用率,满足数控理实一体化的动态性、随机性、复杂性和可变性的教学需求.

Study on DNC Practice Teaching System based on the LAN

Based on the characteristics of higher vocational education, this paper is mainly about the study on practice teaching management model of DNC machines. A set of scientific and reasonable DNC workshop management system is designed to achieve the ordered and efficient production, and to increase the utilization of current NC machines. Combined with the campus LAN, the DNC can integrate the information of the related workshop machines, to share the information, and improve the utilization of the resources, satisfying teaching requirements integration of theory and practice teaching such as the dynamics, randomness, complexity and variability.
