| 摘 要： | 通过对导滑块车床镗孔夹具的设计方法与过程进行探讨和分析,运用Pro/Engineer软件,采用以导滑块工件为基准参照的自上而下的设计方法进行夹具的装配结构三维设计,实现设计成果高准确度与设计工作的高效率,对保证制造精度和提高生产效率,减轻工人劳动强度,提高技术与经济的综合效益,具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Through the guide slider lathe boring clamp design method and process were discussed and analyzed, using Pro/Engineer software, used to the slider workpiece as a benchmark reference to the top-down design method of clamp assembly structure design, 3d design results, high accuracy and efficiency of design work, to ensure the manufacturing precision and improve the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, improve the comprehensive technical and economic benefits, is of great significance. |
