| 摘 要： | 针对传统油水分离器达不到分离要求的问题,介绍了一种高效油水分离器,通过调节重液出料堰的高度,适应组成与密度变化的混合液的分离,同时混合液的宏观流动方向与轻重液的分离方向垂直.应用表明：该油水分离器混合液组成调节范围宽,生产负荷调节范围宽,返混程度低,分离效果好.

| Abstract: | In order to avoid the problems of not up to our expect by traditional oil-water separator , the efficient oil-water separator was introduced. By adjusting the height of heavy liquid outlet weir, it could adapt separation of mixed liquid with variation of composition and density. The direction of flow for mixed liquid was vertical to direction of separation for heavy liquid and light liquid. This oil-water separator had wide range of applications to variation of composition and process loads, and high separation efficiency. |
