| 摘 要： | 设计了一种柔性次品剔除系统.该系统包括多气缸的气压装置和PLC控制装置,设计出了柔性次品剔除装置的基本结构,并分析了它的工作原理;同时给出了气压控制系统的控制回路及其电气原理图.通过实际项目的研究表明,该系统能够完成自动化生产线上次品剔除,并且不会对分离的次品造成损坏.

| Abstract: | This paper designs a flexible defective product of eliminate system. It includes multiple cylinder pressure device and PLC control device, introduce the basic structure of the flexible defective items strip device, and analyses its working principle;at the same time gives the air pressure control loop of the control system and its electrical schematic diagram. The experimental results show that the system can complete defective product sorting on automation production line, the separation of defective goods can＇t be injuried. |
