含钌热电材料研究进展

摘    要:热电材料是能够利用固体内部载流子运动实现热能和电能直接相互转换的功能材料,其转换效率取决于材料的热电优值ZT。介绍了几种典型的钌基合金的晶体结构特征及其热电性能,论述了钌掺杂对合金热电性能的影响规律,阐述了含钌热电材料研究现状。

Abstract:Thermoelectric material is a functional material converted heat to electricity directly.The effects on ther-moelectric properties of Ru-doped alloys were discussed.The crystal characteristics and thermoelectric properties of several typical Ru-containd alloys and the current situation for thermoelectric applications of Ru-contained materials were introduced.
